This year,
the Washakie Museum is proud to offer several new
educational programs along with our previous tours of
museum exhibits. We hope you will find these a beneficial
addition to your classroom resources. Programs at the
museum are free and there is no admission fee.
TOURS
All tours
are interactive and "hands-on".
Most are 45-60 minutes, but can be adjusted to your
time requirements. Tours can also be adapted to many
age levels and tailored to your classroom studies. We
hope you can find time to join us for at least one
tour this year!
Tours
must be booked at least one week in advance.
One class at a time, please. To provide
adequate supervision, we ask that all 2nd-5th grade
classes bring along at least one adult
helper in addition to the teacher; K-1st
and preschool classes must have at least two
extra adult helpers.
I am also
available to visit your classroom as a GUEST
